Rachel’s Cornbread casserole
- 2 cans corn
- 2 cans creamed corn-drained
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 boxes of corn bread mix
- Melt butter
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a ungreased 9×13 baking dish
- Cook at 350 uncovered for an hour or so
