Fear. It paralyzes us. Laughs at us. It’s hardwired into us. So what do we do about it? Do we shove it down, pretend like it doesn’t exist or affect us? Face it head on?

We all live with fear, which comes from our past hurts that have never been resolved. In this episode, we’ll get deep into fear and how we’ve managed to work through it.

    • The fear that your relationship isn’t necessarily on the same page as your significant other
      • Focus on being open, honest, and vulnerable while looking into past relationship hurts and how they’ve impacted said person.
