SHOW NOTES

Tonight’s episode is a little different.  We review negative reviews from Itunes. We also have some of the most raw, meaningful moments we’ve ever had on the podcast. We discuss 4 people who sent in open, honest, and vulnerable moments from their past who allowed us to discuss on air. It gets deep, real, and special, real quick.

      • Being alone sucks (I think that’s the clinical term) no matter how old you are. However, when you are a kid and feel alone it can be crushing. I remember so many times I felt alone. Some were simple and boring, others were complex and intimidating. What were some of your most lonely times as a child?
    • You answered
      • Paul – Bus rides…couldn’t hear anybody…then finding that everyone was making fun of me.
      • Justin – Not having any friends in elementary school and being bullied because of my last name and being chubby.
      • Dave – “Diabetes Boy”
      • Emma – Reading and reading and reading (to pass the time because of loneliness) so many stories about fictional kids doing all of these cool things and always closing the books with the deepest sense of hopelessness that I would never ever do anything exciting or meaningful.
  • Do Better
  • Can’t Do Better
